Designed for outside diameters ranging from Ø12 mm up to Ø325 mm, this ERW tube mill supports the production of round, square, and rectangular tubes.

It is primarily used for low-carbon structural steel pipes and galvanized materials, and can be integrated with either a horizontal or vertical accumulator to enable continuous, non-stop production.

 

The complete line covers the full manufacturing process, including:
Decoiler, strip jointer, accumulator, forming, high-frequency welding, external bead scarfing, weld seam zinc spraying, sizing, friction cutting, cold cutting, punching cutting, end facer, and other cutting solutions.
